ResumenA Paint Line Operator is in charge of running the paint line at Mubea’s Coil Spring process. Some of the duties of the paint line operator are to check chemicals, troubleshoot any issues, run pretreatment, run powdercoating, and perform coat changeovers. Tareas y responsabilidades

Ability to read, write and understand job documentation
Physical coordination to lift and move product
Trainable with fork lift truck
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
Ability to understand machine computer functions
Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and/or tooling changes on the Paint Line
