For more information, please visit: .We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who is both analytically sharp and operationally savvy—someone eager to learn, loves working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will be pivotal in executing sales transactions from pricing through invoicing, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-value sales outcomes.This role is preferably on Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
  • Build, format, and update offer lists based on inventory location
  • Price inventory and orders in Sprout’s platform once given direction from Sales
  • Follow orders through their full sales cycle, ensuring all logistics, contacts, and warehouse instructions are accurately reflected
  • Create and send invoices promptly, often within hours of a sale or bid finalization
Inventory & Order Management
  • Approve line-item pricing and quantities for inventory in Sprout’s platform with precision and accuracy
  • Partner with Operations to manage and ship finished goods inventory efficiently through streamlined communication
  • Help identify and implement process improvements with Operations to maximize monetization and reduce order/product claims or delays
  • Assist in reconciling and valuing inventory across facilities
Claims & Credits (RMA)
  • Investigate return claims and initiate RMAs, working with Finance and Logistics to process credit memos and ensure correct ERP tracking
  • Manage logistics for any product returns, liaising with Operations as needed
Bid & Auction Support
  • Generate and compile bid lists for Sales to bring to market; timing flexibility (including occasional weekend work) is appreciated.
  • Maintain bid data via Sharepoint for auditability and tracking
Finance & Reconciliation
  • Partner with Accounting to reconcile accounts, monitor incoming wire transfers, and update ERP records accordingly
  • Distribute buyer invoices and follow up on payments as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
  • Support aging inventory analyses
  • Support documentation collection from Sprout’s buyers
Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and other analytical functions.
  • Experience or quick learning ability in ERP systems (preferably Smart ERP).
  • A disciplined, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and comfort interacting across departments.
  • A flexible, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to “jump in” wherever needed—including occasional evening or weekend tasks.
