- Safely analyze and troubleshoot electrical problems, including but not limited to power circuits, relay logic systems, computer-based controls, PLC controlled and facility-related systems
- Interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and printed instructions to calibrate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical, instrumentation, and control problems
- Proactively support a Preventative and Predictive Maintenance culture
- Safely perform mechanical and electrical tasks to maintain equipment
- Prioritize safety in all tasks while working in a collaborative team environment
- Use specialized tools to check tolerances and run out of precision parts
- Operate an arc welder to make repairs, fabricate parts, and build minor structures
- Apply voltage/amperage meters and oscilloscopes for troubleshooting electrical equipment
- Coordinate and schedule tasks with supervisors and press operators to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain and research repair/maintenance history of machines using the CMMS database
- Assist in all building repairs and maintenance as needed to complete work orders and activity sheets
- Use a lathe to fabricate parts quickly and operate forklift and manlift/cherry picker
- Be available for working after hours or weekends as needed
- Strictly follow all ISO practices and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in mechanical and some industrial instrumentation and controls
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts with periodic lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and kneeling as needed to perform work
- Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation and controls equipment such as electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, AC/DC/Servo motor controls, drives, and/or PLC’s programming

- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, recommend actions, and work effectively as part of a team
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in industrial electronics is a plus
- Experience with printing or packaging equipment maintenance is highly desired
- Experience repairing Kodak Versamark imaging equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawing software is a plus
- Demonstrated competence in mechanical work, fabrication, and welding is advantageous.
