
Implementation Specialist

- Deliver high-impact implementation experiences for new JobNimbus customers
- Guide customers through the implementation journey from kickoff to completion
- Lead live walkthroughs, product training, and hands-on onboarding sessions tailored to each customer
- Drive adoption by connecting product features to each customer’s goals and workflows
- Track implementation progress, manage tasks and pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain detailed CRM and implementation pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term success
- Proven success in a customer implementation, account management, or project-based implementation role
- Strong communication and presentation skills that adapt to different personalities and technical comfort levels
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through on tasks
- Able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Technically curious and comfortable learning software tools (JobNimbus, HubSpot, etc.)
- Confident in leading customer training sessions and live demos
