- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions meet business goals and objectives, which includes the ability to receive, prioritize, and remediate feedback from business stakeholders.
- Develop scalable and secure high-level solution designs that integrate various systems, applications, and technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that best fit business needs and ensure integration with existing systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference.
- Provide training and support to users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and strategies, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
- 20-30% travel required, will be expected to support onsite ramp up of Unified Data Layer / Palantir or other key enterprise solution integration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (Accounting or Finance), engineering or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Public accounting or consulting experience
- Experience in Palantir Foundry platform
- Experience with various ERPs and other enterprise software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Strong understanding of systems integration, data management, application development, and architecture frameworks.
- Experience in project management with use of iterative software development processes (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban)
- Ability to handle complex problems and take initiative to research issues, engage in self-learning, problem solve, and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, customer focus, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate data-related requirements into innovative user solutions, drawing on prior education and experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with minimal oversight
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes in an agile environment
