• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the liquid fertilizer and chemical storage facility.
• Ensure efficient and organized storage of products to facilitate easy retrieval and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and safety inspections.
• Utilize inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing products.
• Efficiently dispatch all dry and liquid applicators and corresponding tender trucks. Operate Junge system when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with applicators and truck drivers.
• Manage and report to Location Manager inventory levels of liquid fertilizers and chemicals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Participate in safety training for warehouse staff and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor and enforce environmental regulations related to the storage and handling of chemical products.
• Implement measures to prevent spills and minimize environmental impact.
• Oversee and assist in the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including pumps, meters, forklifts and storage tanks.
• Use of MaintainX program to ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the timely receipt and dispatch of products.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to streamline logistics.
• Effective communication skills and the use of Maintain X preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Willingness to work long hours, ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• All other duties assigned by manager.

• Previous experience in warehouse management, familiarity with liquid fertilizer and chemical storage, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Strong organizational, leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
