We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to conduct the in-person components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) assessments for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disorders. This is a contracted position that primarily focuses on direct observation, skill-based testing, caregiver interviews, and behavioral assessments, which contribute to individualized treatment planning and reauthorization reports.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-person assessments in the home setting.Administer a range of assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Functional Assessments, etc.).Observe and interact with the client to gather objective data on current skill levels and behaviors.Conduct caregiver interviews and collaborate with stakeholders during the assessment process.Submit assessment notes and collaborate with the supervising BCBA (if BCaBA) or treatment planning team.Maintain professional, ethical conduct and adhere to BACB guidelines.Travel within a defined region of Virginia to client locations.
