- This position will be responsible for System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.
- Leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Business knowledge of the banking industry, as well as development skills and experience in the banking industry
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with system application implementation for the banking industry
- Project management experience, specifically with banking application systems
- Non-Japanese vendor management experience
- Developmental skills and experiences in the banking industry
- Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Effective Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
