- Assist in organizing operational projects, schedules, and resources to support the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration by supporting communication and task coordination for operational projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records, including operational procedures, project progression, vendor information, and other information to support operational efficiency.
- Implement assigned tasks for content management and communication plans, utilizing tools like document libraries, calendars, and workflows to support information sharing across a variety of communication platforms.
- Assist in maintaining communication tools, ensuring they are functional and aligned with operational needs.
- Update and organize SharePoint pages under guidance, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and visually consistent with company standards.
- Work with team members to gather and upload relevant content to SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and adherence to provided guidelines.
- Support the creation of SharePoint news pages and web parts, following branding guidelines for clear and consistent layouts.
- Edit and post SharePoint-hosted news articles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist with updates to the public-facing website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and aligns with provided messaging standards.
- Follow branding guidelines to update materials such as stationery, business cards, and internal programs like SharePoint.
- Support company events tasks and prepare agenda materials as directed.
- Perform miscellaneous operational tasks and projects as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, project management, or operations coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.
- Experience supporting simultaneous projects and various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable to various competing demands with strong prioritization abilities.
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Planner, Monday.com, etc.
- An eagerness to continuously learn in a formal and informal capacity.
- An ability and desire to build key relationships across the organization.
- Very driven and detail oriented.
