  • Lead major infrastructure projects from planning through to execution
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and field performance
  • Manage communication and coordination between clients, stakeholders, and JV partners
  • Drive compliance with federal, state, and industry safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Support your team with hands-on technical expertise and solution-based leadership
  • Lead project meetings, risk reviews, and site inspections
  • Travel based on project site needs (multi-state flexibility ideal)
🧠 What You Bring✅ 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
✅ Minimum 5 years of project management experience in bridge, roadway, rail, or tunneling projects
✅ Solid understanding of design-build methodology
✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
✅ Proven experience managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
✅ Strong proficiency in project scheduling and reporting software
✅ Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
✅ Must have contractor-side experience (EPC or Owner-side experience only will not be applicable)
