- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during repairs
- Conduct auto estimating to provide accurate assessments of repair costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding vehicle status and repairs needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ford Certification
- Transmission diagnostic skills, repair and overhaul.
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
