- Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to support process design and implementation of strategic technology solutions, including sales & partner tools, and AI platforms.
- Define program objectives, key milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership, sales teams, and DT.
- Partner with Digital Transformation and the Lenovo Experience Group to ensure roadmap delivery, seamless integration and user experience.
- Champion a unified approach to tools and AI solutions in support of all revenue-generating roles.
- Deeply understand the sales organization's needs and challenges, translating them into effective solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and win ratios.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of the new ecosystem
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of technology enablement initiatives on sales & partner performance.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and deliver periodic reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or sales strategy/operations, with a proven track record of engagement in large-scale initiatives.
- Bachelors degree
- Strong knowledge of AI applications in sales, CRM platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and change management within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
