- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the warehouse.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate with internal and external vendors both verbally and in writing when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, and inventory control with 5 years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and safety regulations.
- Six Sigma, Lean or 5S certified preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP or other ERP experience required.
- Proven leadership ability: demonstrated ability to build, mentor, train, grow, and lead a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
