Seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a relevant degree to oversee facility operations
Day shift role from 5/5:30am – 2:30pm
Compensation ranges from $100,000–$110,000 plus bonuses, with additional pay for weekend work
Required to work 1 weekend per month on a Saturday and Sunday rotation
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder and work onsite

Support Maintenance Manager with equipment and facility maintenance
Participate in safety programs and HAZMAT team activities
Assist with CMMS tasks and special projects as needed
Maintain flexibility with work hours and weekend rotations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience or related technical degree
Experience leading maintenance teams, preferably in a regulated environment
Familiarity with CMMS and safety management systems
Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office
Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and live within 45 minutes of Jefferson
