- Responsible for overseeing Project and Program Management staff supporting multiple programs/projects for GOVT and Commercial customers
- Must be able to work across the full spectrum of the acquisition lifecycle from opportunity capture to services delivery
- Provide Management support, to include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, creating and submitting program related documentation, preparing and presenting briefings, providing full conference/meeting support, and preparing senior level strategic briefings and metrics as required by the Customer
- Ensure the completion and integration of multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Oversee the development and implementation of service descriptions and project requirements documentation, CONOPs and other documents to support preparation for review boards as required to ensure service delivery and operational support
- Provide analysis and recommendations in support of the resolution of IT-related problems; executing the recommendations as directed by the client(s).
- Provide Senior-level strategic communications support, to include policy, process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) review and development
- Escalation customer point of contact for projects with respect to issues resolution, solution options, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Oversees the status of multiple projects and budgets, schedules and status reports
- Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services and deliverables
- Experience with planning, estimating, organizing, staffing and executing projects at scale, including multiple, distributed teams.
- Experience staffing and managing teams that include both an onsite and remote workforce
- Experience with organizing and coordinating the planning and production of client deliveries.
- Experience with meeting and completing tasks assignments within estimated periods and budget constraints.
- Experience with applying quality assurance measures to improve contract performance.
- Must have demonstrated success in all phases of acquisition management (scheduling, risk management, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration), and experience as an effective manager of teams comprised of diverse professional, technical and support personnel.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers and peers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a demonstrated capability to coordinate and align efforts between government customers, senior executives, subcontractors and team members.
- Must be able to assess and enhance the performance of task leaders, team members, and support personnel, and processes that are being used.
- Must be able to understand multi-level customer/user expectations and concerns, and to assure customer(s) that the program is being managed effectively.
- Work with P/PM’s, finance, etc. on financial slides, program/project health and identifying issues and resolutions as required.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or information technology management or technical discipline is desired
- At least 3-7 years relevant Project/Program Management experience across the entire project life cycle
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Project
- Experience working with DISA is highly desired
- PMP is desired but not required
- Related industry experience in information technology or engineering
- Minimum SECRET Clearance required
