- Supporting and hosting local community events to connect with potential and existing donors.
- Educating community members about the mission, programs, and initiatives of our nonprofit partners.
- Providing outstanding service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback from donors.
- Keeping accurate records of donor interactions and feedback to help refine processes.
- Working alongside a collaborative team to ensure event success and operational excellence.
- Participating in ongoing training to develop your skills and grow within the organization.
- Sharing insights from donor interactions to help improve the sign-up experience and overall engagement.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in communications, business, or nonprofit management is a bonus).
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, fundraising, community outreach, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a talent for building meaningful relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
