We’re seeking an experienced Integration Developer III to join our clients growing technology team. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of integration solutions that power business operations. You’ll mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and drive secure, scalable, and high-performing integration architectures. - Design and develop complex, secure, and scalable integration solutions
- Mentor and support junior team members on integration design and best practices
- Establish and maintain technical documentation and integration standards
- Build reusable, efficient, and well-documented integration components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical integrations
- Create and execute test plans to validate performance and reliability
- Maintain and support integration platforms, including upgrades and enhancements
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
- Investigate and resolve high-level integration issues
- Stay informed on emerging tools and practices to improve the team’s effectiveness
- Occasionally work outside standard business hours as needed
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in integration development
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Skilled in automating deployments and platform operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight
This role is based in a professional office setting with regular use of a computer and communication tools. Limited travel may be required.
