You will also capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in their domain, while participating on the design of new equipment and new lines. You will also lead Lean design workshops.IndustrializationTo manage production equipment introduction using IPROMTo follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tool and validate the supplier proposalTo define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or lineTo perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsTo built action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPRTo perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and processTo set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLANTo participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLANMass productionTo monitor QCDM and propose improvementTo survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimizationTo work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costsTo update routing on Information system with SPV validationTo support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)To participate to SPV workshopTo participle to APU QRQCStandardizationValidate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard OwnersValidate any change of standard proposed by sitesTo know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domainTo apply the SPV rulesEnvironmentEnsure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo GroupMaintain the 5S and report issuesAlert for safety rules infringementWhat You Should Have:You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.You have a minimum of 3 years experience in lean manufacturing practicesYou should have automotive industry experience in a high-speed manufacturing environmentJoin us!
