Required Skills & Experience· 1–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or network support (MSP experience preferred)
· Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking
· Excellent communication skills and a desire to work directly with clients
· Organized, proactive, and comfortable discussing business outcomes—not just technical fixes Desired Skills & Experience· Exposure to client-facing roles such as account management or project coordination
· Experience with MSP tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.)
· Understanding of vendor and licensing management
· Interest in sales, consulting, or business development within the IT space What You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown
