Hours: Monday-Friday 6am–4:30pm, & Saturday 6am–12pm Pay: $28-38/hour depending on experience
The responsibilities of the Diesel Mechanic are:
- Provide technical service on vehicles and equipment including troubleshooting, electrical and diagnostic.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the repair & diagnosis of a variety of diesel vehicles/equipment.
- All disciplines of maintenance needed: Electrical, Hydraulic and Engine Repairs/Diagnosis.
- Perform scheduled services on drivetrains.
- Prepare necessary records pertaining to work performed.
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus but not required.
- 10+ years of heavy equipment, maintenance, and repair experience.
- 10+ years minimum work experience as a Medium and/or Heavy Diesel Technician.
- Positive attitude, motivated with mechanical aptitude.
- Possess personal hand tools.
- Must have successfully completed appropriate diesel certificate programs in repairs and service, or equivalent hands-on experience.
