- Oversee daily operations of the therapy department
- Supervise and support physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes to ensure quality care delivery
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of post-acute care and rehabilitation best practices
