- Develop training materials, including computer-based training, instructor guides, operator manuals, and assessments.
- Conduct training events for MDA and warfighter users focused on application operations and missile defense command and control operations.
- Collaborate across teams to define and maintain up-to-date training plans and materials.
- Prepare plans, internal communications, and briefings for the training team and program leadership.
- Represent the training team to MDA and warfighter users in field training and train-the-trainer programs.
- Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in adult education.
- Experience in developing training content for web-based or computer-based training systems.
- Technical aptitude in command and control systems, especially Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications systems.
- Outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SCORM, Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL), and web-based learning for government or military C2 systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on software development contracts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
