OverviewEmpath Health is seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused Quality Improvement Specialist to help advance our commitment to exceptional care through data-driven insights, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our programs and services meet regulatory requirements, exceed quality standards, and reflect best practices that benefit our patients, families, and community.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare quality measures, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with auditing, compliance reviews, and data analysis, paired with a passion for improving systems, is highly valued.What You’ll Do
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct audits, compliance reviews, and performance improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards, ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Position Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with quality management software a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
