Test Management – Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience required.
Design Test Solution – Minimum of 4-5 years of experience required.
Stakeholder Management – Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
Prior experience in the Banking Industry is necessary for this position.
Education Level – A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Retail Bank Branch applications such as TPSS/TPT (Touch Point Sales and Services/Touch Point Teller) is preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Perform required business testing on technical solutions to ensure that new products, processes, learning programs, or other technical changes meet business requirements.
Reduce risk by identifying and resolving issues before production to help projects achieve expected benefits and address regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage test strategies, create and review test cases, execute test cases, escalate issues, log outcomes, and participate in defect meetings.
Coordinate with appropriate parties to execute the overall test plan, including identifying key participants, providing estimates, determining schedules, and monitoring progress.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development, and implementation of UAT solutions.
