Compensation: $110K - $125K base + performance incentives
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Residential Construction team specializing in high-end landscape projects. You will oversee $1M+ custom residential landscape builds, manage subcontractors and field crews, and ensure that every detail—from scope to finish—meets the highest standards of quality.
This is a full-time role based in the Bay Area, with projects concentrated on the Peninsula and San Francisco.
What You'll Do
  • Manage residential landscape projects averaging ~$1.2M in size, with occasional larger scopes.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and execution of all project phases, from preconstruction to close-out.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track project profitability and control costs in line with expectations.
  • Conduct site evaluations, review construction documents, and anticipate challenges before they arise.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control throughout the life of each project.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in landscape construction.
  • Proven success managing residential projects in the $1M+ range.
  • Strong background in subcontractor coordination, labor management, and client relations.
  • Bay Area-based, with local market and permitting knowledge (Peninsula/SF preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to set expectations and drive results.
