- Own day-to-day management of Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop), components, and connectors.
- Troubleshoot, remediate, and optimize existing flows to improve reliability, latency, and maintainability.
- Design and implement new flows and reusable components following best practices and governance.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and performance dashboards for automation health (e.g., run success/failure rates, latency, error types).
- Maintain and enforce Power Platform governance: naming conventions, solution structure, environment strategy, security/access controls, and ALM practices.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Dev/Ops and business SMEs to translate needs into robust automations; scope changes and estimate effort.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and playbooks for flows, connectors, and incident resolution.
- Mentor and uplift other Power Platform users/engineers; conduct code/flow reviews and training sessions.
- Participate in backlog grooming and roadmap planning for automation initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party connectors, tooling, or approaches that improve scale and reliability.

- 5+ years building and supporting enterprise automation solutions, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA) — this is the primary requirement.
- Proven ability to independently own and resolve complex flow issues and deliver durable fixes.
- Strong experience with Power Platform governance patterns (environment strategy, solutions, Dataverse/SharePoint connectivity, security).
- Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook), Azure services/APIs, and external SaaS via connectors or custom HTTP actions.
- Solid knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth), and error handling patterns.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience producing runbooks and operational guides.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple priorities.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 / Power Platform App Maker or Developer certs).
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Dataverse design.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, or other Azure integration services.
- Experience with source control / ALM for Power Platform (Solutions, solution-aware Git workflows) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
- Experience with monitoring stack (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Power Platform admin center analytics) and creating Power BI dashboards for telemetry.
- RPA / UI flow experience and familiarity with attended/unattended automation patterns.
- Prior consulting or vendor experience supporting multiple product teams.
