The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators, influencers, and communities to create an environment that brings people together in real time through meaningful, interactive connections.As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on creator and content storytelling, you will help showcase the best of TikTok LIVE creators and build campaigns that inspire more creators to go LIVE. You will execute integrated marketing initiatives that bring awareness to TikTok LIVE's creator community, celebrate their success stories, and drive creator engagement.We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.Responsibilities
- Execute Creator Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels (e.g., in-app, social, comms).
- Lead Content Storytelling: Identify, craft, and publish impactful creator success stories that showcase the unique value of TikTok LIVE.
- Drive Creator Recognition Programs: Assist in developing and launching initiatives that spotlight and celebrate top creators during key moments (e.g., seasonal campaigns, milestones).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with creator growth and retention goals.
- Optimize Channel Strategy: Maintain and evolve best practices for storytelling across TikTok's owned channels, ensuring consistent, creator-first messaging.
- Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor campaign results and creator engagement, delivering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or creator/influencer programs
- Strong storytelling and content development skills for digital and social platforms
- Proven project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to inform strategyPreferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with creators or influencers, especially in live streaming, entertainment, or social media
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or similar platforms
- Knowledge of creator trends, internet culture, and emerging content formats
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin is a plus; the role requires frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration across key regions.
