We are searching for a Program Manager to join Aurora's Product and Development Operations team to join us in making the technology of the future a reality. We are at the fore-front of technology, providing thought partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently.Our Tactical Development Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and drive significant process improvements and critical feature rollouts at our terminal locations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to directly implement change and ensure successful adoption of new tools and company initiatives. You'll be the primary driver behind key projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to champion problem solving and navigate complex project landscapes.   • Serve as a change catalyst, championing new processes and tools at the terminal level. This involves creating and communicating a clear vision for change, managing stakeholder expectations, and overcoming resistance to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Travel up to 50% to new markets and launch sites to oversee rollouts and directly support on the ground teams, ensuring they have the tools and training needed for successful adoption.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional working groups to align stakeholders on a common goal and drive project milestones, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure project success.
  • Utilize strong problem solving and situational thinking to navigate complex, fast paced environments, making data driven decisions and responding effectively to unforeseen challenges.
  • Become certified as a Vehicle Operator, Terminal Operator and (or) Dispatcher to support excess in-vehicle testing and to better understand day to day operations
  • Interact with the public as an ambassador for Aurora
Required Qualifications
  • Safety focused
  • Comfortable with regular travel up to 50% per annum
  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Program or Project Management role, with a clear history of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated experience with change management principles and successfully driving process improvements within an organization
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work days, nights and (or) weekends when required
Desirable Qualifications
  • Background in management consulting, industrial engineering and (or) tech
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and/or project management software.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships and expectations with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching junior project managers or team members.
The base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $129,000 per year. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions.
