- Serve as a change catalyst, championing new processes and tools at the terminal level. This involves creating and communicating a clear vision for change, managing stakeholder expectations, and overcoming resistance to ensure smooth transitions.
- Travel up to 50% to new markets and launch sites to oversee rollouts and directly support on the ground teams, ensuring they have the tools and training needed for successful adoption.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional working groups to align stakeholders on a common goal and drive project milestones, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure project success.
- Utilize strong problem solving and situational thinking to navigate complex, fast paced environments, making data driven decisions and responding effectively to unforeseen challenges.
- Become certified as a Vehicle Operator, Terminal Operator and (or) Dispatcher to support excess in-vehicle testing and to better understand day to day operations
- Interact with the public as an ambassador for Aurora
- Safety focused
- Comfortable with regular travel up to 50% per annum
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Program or Project Management role, with a clear history of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion
- Demonstrated experience with change management principles and successfully driving process improvements within an organization
- Flexible schedule with ability to work days, nights and (or) weekends when required
- Background in management consulting, industrial engineering and (or) tech
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and/or project management software.
- Proven experience in managing relationships and expectations with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior project managers or team members.
