Our highly regared firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our litigation team based out of our Walnut Creek location (flexible hybrid work schedule). We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply!The ideal candidate should have exceptional communcation skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases.   • 3+years of litigation experience
  • Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
  • Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
  • Active membership with the CA BAR
  • Motivated to grow
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
  • Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
  • Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
  • Manage your own cases with excellent mentorship
