Per Diem/Supplemental - TUESDAY EVENINGS 4pm - 7pm is required. There may be other opportunities available to pick up additional hours at other locations in Bel Air and Towson.We're looking for compassionate and experienced Rehabilitation Technician 1 PRN to join our team at our Bel Air Location.As a member of the University of Maryland Medical System Towson Sports Medicine (TSM) is a premier provider of outpatient therapy services. TSM is a highly reputable Outpatient Orthopaedic therapy provider with strong ties to the community. Our Rehabilitation Techs focus on providing high quality patient-oriented care in a great working environment. We have highly experienced staff with low turnover and work in close contact to some of the best orthopaedic doctors in the state.We are proud to be part of University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center - the #1 community hospital in the state, as ranked by U.S. News & World Report for 2021-22.As a Rehab Tech you will assist in delivering patient care in the rehabilitation setting under direct supervision as described in State of Maryland Practice Acts.
  • Prepares and maintains treatment areas and equipment to adhere to appropriate infection control standards, as well as maintains logs to assure compliance.
  • Assists the licensed clinicians in the delivery of patient care as permitted by State of Maryland Practice Acts.
  • Assists front office and clinicians with routine clerical tasks to support the patient care process.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory to assure adequate supplies.
  • Demonstrates patient-centered care and service.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current ACLS or BCLS certification
