  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to design and build Low-Code business applications using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL as data sources.
  • Strong experience in building Power Automate flows for automation, approvals, reminders, scheduled tasks, and REST API integration.
  • Experience integrating with on-premises data sources using the On-Premises Data Gateway.
  • Proficiency in developing custom connectors to securely consume REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth 2.0 or API key-based authentication.
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, including environment setup, DLP policies, security group configuration, and audit controls.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ALM practices using solution packaging, Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy, pipelines, and environment variables.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps component frameworks (PCF) and extending apps with JavaScript/TypeScript when needed.
  • Knowledge of role-based security, Dataverse table permissions, and integrating with Azure AD groups.
  • Experience in migrating legacy business processes into Power Platform apps, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and citizen developer enablement is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, documentation, and experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business applications using the Power Platform suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
  • Ensure data integration and security compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
