JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Technical Specialist, Digital Banking is responsible for managing the digital banks client facing technology platforms. This individual will leverage their technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements across digital account opening and online banking platforms.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute the bank's self-service banking strategy in line with the overall business goals
  • Oversee and become the technical SME of the bank's digital experience technology for efficiency and effectiveness on digital account opening, and online banking
  • Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to our digital platforms
  • Provide technical support to business partners on questions and challenges related to the digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal employees to follow for our digital platforms
  • Implement improvements to the digital platforms. Work with internal stakeholders for feature requests and business requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and evaluate their potential impact on the bank's digital experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and related training
  • 1 –3 years of experience in technology with experience in financial services
  • Solid background in HTML/CSS/Javascript Frameworks
  • Experience in Python is a bonus.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
