Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and/or structural steel construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with a general contractor, though candidates with structural steel erection/construction backgrounds will also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-outCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholdersPerform site visits and attend project meetings as neededQualifications:3–5 years of experience in construction project managementPrior experience with a general contractor or structural steel erection projects preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering (required)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in project management software and Microsoft OfficeCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary:
