The candidate will work directly with city staff to successfully manage and implement multi-discipline projects. This position will coordinate, and lead project teams focused on engineering and construction related services for clients primarily located in Wisconsin.Your Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service, Development, Management, and GrowthOpportunity Identification and PursuitsProject DevelopmentMentor and empower other team membersExecute and manage complex civil engineering designsServe as a technical design expert for projects and supervise and manage work through junior staff to develop and execute designPlan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budgetSupervision of Engineers, Technologists, and DesignersOngoing coordination between developer personnel and city and field staff throughout construction of the public improvements.Your Capabilities and CredentialsProfessional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within one yearExperience with public and/or private sector clients and projectsExperience in design functions; such as site planning, roads, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, wastewater treatment, lift stations and other municipal and private sector infrastructure.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D preferredExperience in engineering design, construction inspection, contract administration, project management and business development.Has the skill and knowledge to create, suggest, and introduce innovative and effective client solutions and integrated deliverables that are aligned with the Sector business objectives.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilitiesWillingness to work in a team atmosphere and assist M&BD activities as a team for positioning and pursuits of new opportunitiesKnown to be proactive in his/her ability to be a market leaderKnown for sustaining long-term client relationshipsAbility to travel to nearby clients as requiredValid Driver's License and good driving record requiredEducation and ExperienceBachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years' experience in the design of civil infrastructure.This description is not a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.If you’re passionate about empowering communities, join us to discover a career with endless opportunities to make communities more equitable, resilient, and livable.Primary Location: United States | WI | Sturgeon BayOrganization: BC-1938 CommDev-US North CentralEmployee Status: RegularJob Level: NonmanagerTravel: YesSchedule: Full timeJob Posting: 16/06/2025 08:06:38Req ID: REQ2500027G
