Event Logistics oversees all event activations for Red Bull North America. As specialists in event management, the team strategically supports Red Bull to optimize event solutions. In this role, you will manage your regional network of vendor partners who handle inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor services for Red Bull events. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will support key initiatives by preparing detailed documentation and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in the fast-paced world of event production. This role reports to an Event Logistics Manager and offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting, dynamic national team. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allB2B PARTNER ACTIVITIESParticipate in the vendor selection process by evaluating qualifications and performance.Assess the financial impact of proposed logistical changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers.Train personnel on their roles and responsibilities regarding Red Bull brand standards, execution guidelines, accounting systems, and logistics strategies.Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, vendor service logs, and training records.Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for transit and delivery.Conduct ongoing market visits to guide business partners on Event Logistics standards, adhering to Red Bull's code and values.Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with production and operations companies.PROJECT MANAGEMENTProvide exceptional support to regional event leads in brainstorming and executing major brand events.Collaborate with global, national, and regional counterparts to ensure operational excellence for the business.Develop and oversee efficient logistics plans to facilitate seamless cross-regional event execution.Serve as the central point of contact for all event managers, effectively communicating challenges and opportunities for improvement.Manage warehouse inventory and the logistics of global event assets utilizing enterprise software tools.Communicate labor and equipment requirements for event infrastructure to personnel during the planning and setup phases.Act as a liaison between internal departments, event production teams, and event logistics vendors.Regularly update field teams regarding new event assets.Prepare and compile reports related to infrastructure requirements and performance.SUPPORT BUSINESS INITATIVESEnsure quality control for asset maintenance, storage, shipping, and tracking to uphold RBNA Event Logistics standards.Establish cross-functional project teams and provide support in achieving regional, national, and global objectives.Facilitate regional and national activation operations in collaboration with the business partner network.Collect data and generate reports on regional performance metrics.Oversee business user engagement with company software and invoicing tools.Act as the primary regional point of contact, both internally and externally, ensuring strong relationships and seamless integration with key stakeholders.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale events, specifically experience with the full event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, post production) with demonstrated knowledge of event logistics, warehousing and transportation
  • Experience with event production, marketing operations and logistics
  • Exposure to methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea or road
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead planning, schedules, estimates, budgeting, resource plans and status reports
  • Critical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions to support business needs
  • Live and represent the Red Bull brand
  • Navigate and influence throughout a matrixed organization
  • Travel 40-50%

The base salary range for this position is $64,080 to $96,120 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
