- Lead the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy focused on healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets
- Develop and execute personnel / non-personnel promotional programs and tactics, manage through the MLR process and ensure alignment and integration across channels
- Develop patient-facing programs and support advocacy efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal
- Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives
- Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, hospitals, office staff, GPOs, and professional societies.
- Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge
- Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization
- Budget preparation and maintenance
- Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures
- 3-5+ years work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing including launch experience of new products or indications
- Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets
- Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members
- Experience developing multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products
- Specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred including experience in hematology, oncology, or graft versus host disease (GVHD)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project autonomously
- Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities
- Launch experience strongly preferred
