Using your analytical skills and keen attention to detail, you will investigate and process marker limit requests that enhance guest experiences while adhering to all regulatory standards. With strong software capabilities, you will navigate various systems to manage credit applications and create credit lines for our valued guests. By leveraging your collaboration and communication skills, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within our team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.THE STARTING RATE: $22.60THE DAY-TO-DAY:Collaborate with patrons, gaming establishments, and MGM internal departments to process Marker Limit Requests, while conducting thorough public record and financial research to assess patrons' source of funds, financial stability, and background history, providing analyses to department managementMaintain a working knowledge of relevant marker limit issues and regulations, including Title 31 and Know Your Customer.Provide Know Your Customer (KYC) reports and analyses to department management to assist in their KYC reviews and reportsUtilize third party reports, SOS records, and IRS tax forms to conduct CDD reviews and provide analyses to department managementEstablish, process, update, and maintain patrons’ marker limit related correspondences, arrivals, applications, Central Credit gaming reports, and consumer credit reports in pertinent casino systemProcess Central Credit RTM reports and provide completed reports to Management for reviewObtain, verify, and process banking information from various banking institutions. Verify cashier's checks, official checks, and bank drafts.
