Controls Engineer

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control devices.
- Assist plant associates with technical questions and provide potential solutions.
- Investigate and resolve HMI and PLC issues as needed.
- Interpret PLC Ladder logic.
- Work independently on smaller projects.
- Travel extensively, ranging from 40% to 90% of the time.
- Aid in the installation and startup of new equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Test and verify electrical wiring, including safety circuits, I/O, and communications.
- Debug and test all software to ensure project requirements are met.
- Experience with Fanuc PMC Controllers for at least two years.
- Experience with Rockwell PLC Control for at least two years.
- Minimum experience with Mitsubishi PLC control.
- At least two years of experience working in an automation/manufacturing environment.
- Strong programming skills.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Proficiency in reading schematics.
- Ability to work effectively with HMI systems.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting.
