If you would like to begin a rewarding career in your community, we would love for you to join our team!A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DAILY SUBSTITUTEAs a Daily Substitute, you will aid the classroom teacher with the children during small group and large group activities, and will aid the ABA teacher in carrying out individual ABA trials and associated documentation in the absence of the 1:1 related service aide. You will also aid classroom staff with diapering, toileting and feeding children, with outer clothing at arrival and dismissal times, and with daily room maintenance duties such as cleaning tables, chairs, floors after activities and lunch, as well as food containers and silverware after lunch is served. You will aid children in assigned classroom during their regularly scheduled daily gym period (this would include special gym activities such as water play and sledding, as well as class field trips), as well as the classroom teacher in the preparation of teaching materials, bulletin boards, etc., as needed. You will aid the bus attendants in escorting children to/from the bus as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma/GED
