Our client is a leader in deposition and legal support services, specializing in court reporting, transcription, trial services, and remote depositions. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive net-new business while managing an existing book of business, with a strong focus on client service and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities within assigned accounts or regions, including client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure quality and consistency in service delivery through follow-ups and account management.
- Pursue new leads from field activity, referrals, and lead generation sources.
- Identify and develop net-new business opportunities.
- Maintain industry expertise through workshops, professional publications, and networking.
- Represent the company at marketing events, including seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience selling to the legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance companies).
- Court reporting or deposition services experience is a strong plus.
- Existing network of legal industry contacts preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Reporter Base 8 or similar legal databases).
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license (within 60 days of employment) for local client travel.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (plus commission)
