
VIP Executive Support Technician

- Provide white-glove support for executive-level personnel, both onsite and remotely.
- Support Executive/VIP systems: laptops, iPhones, iPads, conference room tech, and remote communication tools.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and AV equipment.
- Provide end-user training and maintain clear documentation.
- Maintain service and asset logs; manage ticket resolution and escalations.
- Support after-hours on a rotating basis.
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience, OR high school diploma + 6 years of IT support experience.
- Proficient with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and MDM tools (MaaS360/Azure).
- Experience with laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise hardware.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.
- Dell Certification (via FERC Dell TechDirect).
- HDI-DAST (must obtain within 3 months of hire).
