  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working on public projects up to $25M (preferred)
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or other related field (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
