Location: Work from home position located in Lancaster, PennsylvaniaThe estimated base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $74,000 per year.

- Training all users of CRM and Quoting systems- Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Direct Customers.
- Managing of enhancements and prioritization process for CRM and CPQ systems.
- Providing oversight for testing and problem resolution.
- Acting as liaison and key resource with AITS, Sales and Operations regarding execution of vision.
- Providing input into future direction of CRM and CPQ systems based on experience.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts
- Strong technical skills, advanced user of all Microsoft Office applications
- Administrative or inside sales experience
- Relationship builder and great collaborator
- CRM and/or CPQ experience a plus
- Basic IT background or helpdesk experience a plus
