Our nurses are integral in a patient’s continuum of care in an autonomous nurse-led and governed home care agency! We nurses make a visible and palpable difference in a family’s life and thrive in the long-term connections we make with our patients!We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills that many RNs job no longer offer. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive.Our patients are children or adults who live at home with their families and are dependent upon technology. Some patients are on ventilators or BiPap, need respiratory therapy and airway clearance, feeding pumps, G-tube / J-tube medications, need physical therapy, physical assessments, some may have Special Education linked to the school system and more. We value your nursing experience but thoroughly train those who want to learn skilled nursing!Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
