With double-digit ARR growth and a Series B announcement on the horizon, this is an opportunity to join early, shape the operational backbone of a future unicorn, and accelerate your career trajectory.What You Will DoProcess Optimization: Design and implement scalable, repeatable workflows that enhance efficiency across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.Operational Execution: Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that improve how teams operate and deliver value to customers.Systems & Tools: Evaluate, deploy, and maintain internal systems that drive collaboration, automation, and productivity.Planning & Reporting: Support company-wide planning cycles, track performance against OKRs, and help teams remain accountable and aligned.Documentation & Enablement: Build internal playbooks, guides, and training resources to embed operational excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between departments, ensuring seamless communication and rapid problem resolution.Ideal Candidate Background3–7 years of professional experience, ideally 4–6 years.Prior experience in management consulting and/or start-up operations .Strong analytical, process-driven mindset with a bias toward execution.Comfortable being hands-on, detail-oriented, and “in the weeds” while driving big-picture impact.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Track record of staying at roles for 1.5+ years each (no frequent job-hopping).PreferredBackground from top consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or high-growth startups.Education from a top 25 university (helpful, but not required).Experience scaling operations within a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $150,000 – $200,000 baseEquity: Competitive early-stage stock options with significant upsideBenefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with other standard startup perks.Career Growth: Opportunity to step into a Head of Operations role within 6–12 months (or sooner for top performers).Impact: Rare chance to join a company in hypergrowth, backed by world-class investors, and play a pivotal role in scaling operations.
