
Accounting Tax Associate

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and monthly accounting reports
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Analyze financial data and assist in preparing client reports
- Enter accounting data and maintain accurate records and files
- Process payroll for clients and assist with related tax filings
- Order and manage office supplies as needed
- Support internal departments with accounting-related tasks
- Assist with tax preparation tasks and provide general support to the Accounting Manager
- Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and compiling financial statements
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar accounting support role
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Must be able to work a Flexible work schedule during peak season.
