Reporting to the Manager, People & Organization, you will provide a variety of administrative responsibilities for the Human Resources function at the site and corporate level. You will work directly with the local People & Organization, Team Member Relations and Talent Planning & Acquisition (TP&A) teams to facilitate successful execution of People initiatives and events. Coordination and implementation of all team member experience events (i.e. wellness and benefits events, Open Enrollment, Orientation.)
This position is onsite at our Suffolk, VA fulfillment center.

What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources studies or equivalent in hands on experience
2+ years experience supporting a Human Resources team.
2+ years experience providing Human Resources administrative support.
2+ years experience coordinating corporate events.
2+ years experience providing guidance on corporate policies.
