What You Need to Have:
Proven experience in marketing strategy, branding, and campaign management
Strong leadership and project management skills-you keep people and projects moving forward
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)-you know how to tell a story that sticks
Digital marketing expertise (social media, SEO, analytics, email campaigns)
A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making
High integrity and the ability to safeguard the brand's voice and reputation
Preferred
Experience in B2B or professional services industries
Familiarity with graphic design, video, or multimedia tools
Track record of building trust-based marketing campaigns that deliver results
