- Collaborates with various business and service owners to evaluate system needs and design new or modify the system to meet changing business requirements.
- Reviews the architecture of the current system and works with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems
- Reviews new technology and processes to determine feasibility with existing systems; prepares data flow diagrams and process flow analyses for current and new automation to ensure maximum system utilization.
- Coordinates with vendors, internal technical staff, management, and system users for the development of documentation and implementation of training and procedures for new systems and programs.
- Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advises users on best practices and cross functional dependencies.
- Analyzes data flow, processes, and configurations to recommend enhancements that will increase quality and efficiency.
- Provides escalated troubleshooting support to customers, as needed.
- Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes.
- Manage projects such as complex enterprise application upgrades, and configurations.
- Performs general data migration and ETL functions as needed.
- Conducts system audits, as well as deliver accurate reports and data analysis.
- Coordinates with relevant groups to ensure proper access controls, security settings, permissions, and data security are in place to protect staff and the company.
- Aids in the process of maintaining and improving data quality and accuracy.

- Regularly monitor and verify the integrity of data sources and assist with effective data management.
- Collect relevant data from appropriate sources including websites, databases, surveys, and internal collection tools

- Effective documentation and reporting skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years proven experience in system administration
- 1+ years experience managing Freshservice tenant for MSPs or equivalent experience
- Adherence to best practices for change management
- Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and ETL methods and tools, as needed
- Usual office working conditions.
- No physical exertion required.
- Travel within or outside of state.
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
