- Test batches of products on schedule to make sure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment and help check for microorganisms.
- Carefully document any issues that come up and work with the team to investigate them.
- Help keep lab supplies organized and support improvements that result in quicker, more efficient work.
- Assist with special projects when needed.
- Follow safety rules and wear protective gear when required.
- Education and/or experience in a science-based field (biology, chemistry, or related).
- Detail-oriented who can carefully follow procedures.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
